The Almshouse Tea Shop opened 1st March 2012 and incorporates the Almshouse Gift Shop. Seating is found on both the ground floor and the first floor which can either be accessed via a spiral staircase or by wide outside stone steps. Our small walled courtyard has additional seating and is a real sun trap to enjoy a sunny lunchtime. Being on the Strawberry Line route, we welcome walkers and cyclists alike along with their doggy companions. We are focused on providing high quality food and a friendly service in a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
